With 15 years in the financial services industry working with 3 of the largest independent broker dealers in the country Michael has successfully placed over 1400 advisors. With intimate knowledge of the various technology options, products, platforms, services, and transition assistance packages, Michael is exceptionally adept at delineating the differences amongst the broker dealer landscape and identifying the firm that best aligns with the vision of your business while paying special attention to your goals for practice acquisition and succession planning.
Born and raised in Delaware County Pennsylvania, Michael is a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys time soaking up the sunshine at the Jersey shore and hunting in the Pocono mountains. A father of two, he relishes in their exploration of various sports and is often found on a field Saturday mornings cheering them on.

Managing Director - Northeast
With over 20 years of industry experience, Luke has performed in a variety of consultative roles including; wholesale distribution, sales management, and financial planning. He is able to utilize this knowledge to better understand our advisors’ current state as well as their future practice goals. Luke is motivated by listening and identifying ways to better help advisors in all stages of their careers.
Luke is married to his lovely bride Kate and together they enjoy spending time with their three children. You can find him hiking with his family, exploring national parks, cheering on his kids at various sporting events, or surfing at the Jersey shore.
